Mutual Protective Agreement (MPA)
The Mutual Protective Agreement (MPA) is a voluntary cooperative plan sponsored by the Kansas Optometric Association to assist its members' optometric practices in the event of medical emergency or death of any member. The working force will consist only of the members of the Association expressing their willingness to participate in this program.
MPA is also available to assist members of the Association in determining the fair market value of the practices in the event of death or disability.
